Our goal is to keep our members informed throughout the tree trimming process. As such, United will make every attempt to notify members of scheduled tree work.
In emergency situations or unplanned outages, the cooperative is unable to give prior notice.
During a normal 6-year trim cycle, postcards are mailed in advance to inform members that tree work is scheduled for their area. Members may also receive a recorded voicemail message when planning work is ready to begin.
United and its contracted arborists will survey each property and identify the necessary trimming and/or removals. Every effort will be made to meet with members before any tree work begins. If a member can’t be reached, a notice will be left on your door with additional information.
Each tree crew has a designated contact person on-site to discuss any issues.
